"The new headquarters of the International Olympic Committee inaugurated in June 2019 brings together 500 employees previously working in disparate offices throughout the city. The headquarter is designed around three key values/objectives: movement, flexibility and sustainability. With its dynamic, undulating façade, the building appears different from all angles and convey the energy of an athlete in motion. Its interior is designed with as few structural constraints as possible. This open and flexible environment adapts to multiple work styles now and in the future."

"Die Zusammenlegung von Arbeitsplätzen in zentralen Clustern entspricht der Forderung nach Ökonomie, Effizienz, Kommunikation und Flexibilität. So vereint nun auch das IOC die bisher verstreuten Arbeitsplätze in einem neuen Hauptgebäude. Der Neubau umfasst 24 000 Quadratmeter und bietet Platz für 500 Arbeitsplätze.
Drei Schlüsselelemente bestimmen den Neubau: Bewegung, Flexibilität und Ausrichtung auf die Zukunft. Das widerspiegelt sich besonders in der Fassade, die mit ihren Wellen dynamisch-bewegt wirkt und so symbolisch für die Dynamik des Sports und der Olympischen Bewegung steht.
Ein wichtiges Augenmerk gilt nachhaltigen und effizienten Energiesystemen, so zum Beispiel mit einer Seewasserpumpe, dem Einbezug der Photovoltaik und der optimalen Ausnützung des Tageslichtes."
